WACKER RTV-1 silicone rubber with the trade name ELASTOSIL® are ready for use one-part systems, flowable or non-sag. The systems react with the humidity to a elastic silicone vulcanizate.

Products of the series ELASTOSIL® A create an amine as by-product during the vulcanization reaction. This results in a typical „fish smell" during vulcanization.
